It is always fun to break down professional barriers and learn more about individuals in our real estate community. We recently visited one of our local industry experts, Caitlin Sudduth, with Realty Executives Sudduth Realty. We have always enjoyed photographing real estate for Caitlin. We appreciate her professionalism, knowledge, and her calm, positive, and reassuring personality that helps her clients feel confident and at ease.
Caitlin started her journey to become a realtor by completing all of her real estate courses at the age of 17. She patiently waited until she was 18 to receive her license. During that time, her father, Mark Sudduth, opened a Realty Executives Franchise. In 2012 Caitlin launched her real estate career. Realty Executives has guided her to become a nationally recognized top agent. This passionate local realtor may be young, but her list of awards and achievements are most impressive:

4. First Job?
I had a lawn mowing business from the ages of 11-17, (30ish lawns a week during mowing season).
5. Best Advice ever given?
Love people. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
6. Last book you read?
"The Untethered Soul" by Michael A Singer.
7. Hobbies? Traveling, fishing, and basically anything outside.
8. Favorite restaurant? Asian cuisine
9. The person who has most impacted your life?
Hands down without a doubt, my dad.
10. Biggest personal achievement?
Building my amazing life with my husband from 17 years old!
11. Biggest challenge to overcome? Starting out in real estate so young and building a name for myself.
12. Favorite coffee place?
Scooters….iced coffee anybody?
13. Honest work hours (do you keep it reasonable or do you work all hours?) I work about 40ish hours a week. If I work diligently during those hours then I shouldn’t need to work 80.
14. Where can you be found when you’re not working?
Outside! Especially when the weather is nice!
15. I love.... Learning, fishing, and traveling.
16. I can’t stand……. People who are not authentic.
17. Do you have pets?
Yes, I have two bulldogs, Bella and Truman. They are actually more like children than pets!
18. Last thing you watched on Netflix, Hulu, etc.? "Seven Worlds, One Planet"
19. Favorite travel destination? Hawaii, or any place with mountains.
20. Favorite drink or cocktail? Coffee/Tea
21. Do you prefer stripes, solids, polka dots, or floral prints? Solids
22. If you could live in any sitcom or movie which one would it be? "Parks and Recreation"
23. Favorite weekend activity? Hanging out with my husband.
24. If you could instantly become an expert at something, then what would it be? Everything to do with business.
25. When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up? Biologist, I'm a HUGE animal lover.
26. Is there anything that you collect?
Real estate, rocks/minerals, coins, and customers/friends.
27. What or who lights you up?
My husband, Colton. He is my rock and my best friend in this entire world. He makes my world so much brighter.
